Stargazing With Goats

Campfire, Goats & The Stars

Stargazing isn’t just about the night sky—it’s about sharing the moment with a herd of curious goats. Lay back under a blanket of Appalachian stars, and before long you’ll hear soft hoof steps and feel a gentle nudge. Around here, the real question isn’t if you’ll get sniffed or licked…it’s how soon. Enjoy Smores while we tell those Appalachian campfire stories. Just like we did back in the day! Join us as we keep those memories alive.

Stay a While. Savor the Quiet. Live the Farm Life.

Meet The Farmers

The Dynamic Duo Behind the Plow

Tony and Kayla Adams grew up with deep Appalachian roots, where life was slower and neighbors shared what the land provided. Together, they’ve built Union Springs Farm as a way to preserve that heritage and give others a chance to reconnect with nature. Here, simple living isn’t just an idea—it’s a way of life passed down through generations.
